Question - We all agree that the Egyptians were/are black, correct? Scholars have proven this thru extended research. We all know the story of Joseph, correct? If the Egyptians were people of color - say black, then why weren't Joseph's brothers able to recognize him when they encountered him? If Israelites are reddish or rosy in color, then wouldn't Joseph have stood out amongst the Egyptians to his brothers? Wouldn't it have been overwhelming to them to see a reddish colored Pharaoh?
Answer - We do not agree with you. You error in your assumptions, and in your history. No research supports your assumption. The people in Egypt during the rule of Joseph (about 1715-1635 BC ) and during the subsequent migration of his brother's families into Egypt (about 1706 BC) were direct descendants of Noah's son Ham, who settled into the area after the regional flood (Noah's Flood). They were not Negroes (blacks) or even 'brown' skinned people during that time. There are many historical Egyptian wall relief's, paintings, statues, as well as carved death masks from the time of the Pharaohs during the period (from about 2000 BC to 750 BC), which provides indisputable facts, that the Egyptian ruling society, the Pharaohs and most of the general population before, during, and after the Exodus of Israelites from Egypt, were people of Adamic white descent, through Noah's son Ham.
It was not until about 750 BC, that the population of Egypt gradually changed due to a migration of the Negro races into the area of Egypt from central Africa, which in turn also produced an exodus of the Adamic white people North into the area now known as Spain. The Negro migration into Egypt resulted in a gradual miscegenation of the remaining people in Egypt, coinciding with the gradual degeneration of the Egyptian society, its fantastic culture, and its dominate Adamic white race. Although the families of Jacob/Israel (Hebrews) kept to themselves, the ruling Egyptian population was of the Adamic white race. Joseph's Egyptian wife Asenath, was also of the Adamic white race. The 11 brothers, upon their first visit before Joseph, 22 years, after they sold him, would not have recognized him even though he was of the same family (a half brother), except to his full brother Benjamin. Egyptians people, even today, are not predominately Black, but a mixture of several races.
